BORDEN-CARLETON – The East Prince Wildcats are off to a .500 start in the P.E.I. Bantam A Female Hockey League.
The Wildcats recently edged Tignish 2-1 and lost 5-4 to Tyne Valley.

At the Tignish Credit Union Arena, Keira Rogers scored both goals for the Wildcats, who received helpers from Claire Keough (2) and Brinley Gallant.
Marissa Gaudet replied for Tignish.
Maggie Gaudet played a solid game in recording the goaltending win.
Tyne Valley 5 Wildcats 4
At the Gateway Arena in Borden-Carleton, Reece Williams (2), Brooke Kelly (1-1), Madison Powers and Madelyn Bulger scored for Tyne Valley. Madelyn Powers added an assist.
Jessica Larsen (2-1), Gallant and Kate Acorn responded for the Wildcats.
Winning goaltender was Keira Millar.
