The championship game was one of four held at the Central Queens Soccer Club in Hunter River.
The Rangers repeated as champions, having defeated the Storm in the 2016 final.
Sherwood-Parkdale led 3-1 at the half. Chris Ramsay, with his second of the game, brought the Storm to within one but Crisostomo sealed the victory with three minutes remaining.
Girls
The West Prince Storm, the regular season champions, defeated the Eliot River Ramblers 3-1 with two late goals to clinch the under-15 girls’ division one title.
The teams went into the halftime break tied 1-1 with Megan Kinch (Storm) and Grace Connolly (Ramblers) scoring the goals.
The teams battled back and forth until Kinch scored the winner in the last minute of regulation time. Julie Hardy scored in added time to complete the scoring.
Under-17
Boys
Colby MacWilliams scored twice to lead the West Prince Storm to a 2-0 victory over the regular season champion Morell Strikers in the under-17 boys’ division one final.
Ty Perry recorded the shutout for the Storm, which led 1-0 at the half.
Girls
Maggie Rae Dennis scored three goals to pace the Rangers to a 4-0 victory over the Strikers in the under-17 girls’ division one championship game.
Riley Chappell scored the fourth goal and Kiara Labobe recorded the shutout.
