The Clippers edged the Eliot River Ramblers 2-1 in the championship game at the Parkman Soccer Complex on Saturday.
Ella MacPherson scored the brace to lead the Clippers while Kiersten Newman replied for the Ramblers.
In the boys’ final, the Souris Lamplighters posted a 3-0 win over the Ramblers.
Landon Rodgers, Nathan Bailey and Edward Parnell scored for the Lamplighters before Cameron Burke pulled back a goal for the Ramblers midway through the second half.
The Lamplighters would not let in another goal, and followed up their regular-season title with a gold medal in the playoffs.
Bronze medals
In the bronze-medal games, the Summerside United girls edged Stratford 1-0 while the Winsloe/Charlottetown Royals edged Summerside 1-0.
Jaelynn Oatway scored the winning goal for Summerside in the first half. That was all the offence Summerside keeper Kaitlyn Campbell required in recording the clean sheet.
Arun Darjee found the back of the net in the 52nd minute, and Alex MacLean recorded the shutout to lead the Royals.
