Peewee AA Blue Jackets top Crusaders

KINKORA – Claire Keough had a perfect night at the plate to lead the Bedeque Blue Jackets to a 13-8 home-field victory over the Kensington Crusaders in a P.E.I. Peewee AA Baseball League game recently.

Keough finished with a 2-for-2 batting summary, including a walk, in pacing the Blue Jackets’ offence. Other top batters for Bedeque were Ryder Howatt (2-4, double) and Tyson McCardle (1-2, walk, triple).

Skyler Andrew, who also earned a walk, Hayden Cotton (2-3) and Nolan Gallant all went 2-for-3 to pace Kensington’s offence.
William Keough earned the pitching win, and Matthew White took the loss.
