Baseball P.E.I.

MacKinnon’s Capital District squad pulled out a 4-2 decision over Mid-Isle in Cornwall.
Kyler Vaive and Connor Rowell had identical 1-for-1 performances at the plate, including a walk, for Charlottetown-based Capital District.
Tyler Wood (1-2) was Mid-Isle’s other top batter. Jack Burke earned the pitching win, and Denver MacDonald was the pitcher of record for Mid-Isle.
