Grab lead in Good Deeds Cup voting

Alberton Pee Wee A Regals took the lead in online voting for the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup around 2:50 p.m. Wednesday.

ALBERTON -- The Alberton Pee Wee A Regals have taken the lead in online votes for the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup.

 

 

The Regals, who trailed the Glace Bay Miners from Cape Breton, by 1,864 votes at 8:30 a.m., grabbed the lead at roughly 2:50 p.m.

The teams were tied at 86,423 votes at 2:49 p.m. and by 2:51 p.m. the Regals were in front by 15 votes (86,460 to 86,445).

Online voting ends at 1 a.m. Friday, April 21 and supporters can vote once per 24 hour-period per device.
