SUMMERSIDE – The Cole Harbour Wings went undefeated in the P.E.I. Police Association midget A hockey tournament here at Credit Union Place recently.

The Cole Harbour Wings won the recent P.E.I. Police Association midget A hockey tournament at Credit Union Place in Summerside. Cole Harbour defeated the Bedford Blues 4-1 in the championship game. The Wings claimed the tournament title with a 4-1 win over the Bedford Blues in the championship game.

In round-robin games, the Wings posted wins of 7-0 over Belfast, 5-0 versus Souris and 7-1 against Summerside No. One. Cole Harbour then went on to blank the TASA Ducks 7-0 in the semifinals.

For the Blues, they posted wins of 7-0 over Souris, 7-0 against Belfast and 8-1 over Summerside No. Two in the round robin. Bedford was victorious 7-0 against the Eastern Shore Mariners in the semifinals.
