CHARLOTTETOWN – The Holland College Hurricanes are on the road this weekend for Atlantic Colleges Athletic Association soccer action.

The Hurricanes will travel to Halifax for games on Saturday and Sunday versus the Mount Saint Vincent University (MSVU) and University of Kings College.
Saturday, the MSVU and Hurricanes do battle for the second time this season. The women’s game will begin at 2 p.m., followed by the men’s match at 4 p.m.
These teams first met in their season openers – the women’s game ended in a 2-2 tie and the men played to a scoreless draw.
The Mystics are currently sitting in fourth place in both the men’s and women’s divisions.
Sunday, the UKC Blue Devils host the Hurricanes at noon (women’s) and 2 p.m. (men’s) for a pair of games. The last time these teams met the women Hurricanes fell to the Blue Devils 2-0 while the men’s teams tied 1-1.
The Blue Devils currently sit in first place in both the women’s and men’s standings.
The Holland College women enter this weekend with a 3-2-1 (won-lost-tied) record, and are tied for second in the ACAA standings. They are also ranked at 13 in the CCAA national rankings.
The men’s Hurricanes enter the weekend sitting in third place in the ACAA standings with a 2-1-3 record through six games.
