It seems the city is buying a white elephant. I wonder, what will we have to do without in order to pay for this venture?
Is there not a grant or shared cost between the city, provincial and federal government available? The city acknowledged it did not know a lot about green alternatives and since the federal government just approved a grant for a three-year study at UPEI, would it not be prudent to wait for some feedback from this study?
