Simone Evonne Duskey

Simone Evonne Duskey (nee Vandendiessche) of Conway, P.E.I. and formerly of Breadalbane, P.E.I. passed away peacefully at her home, on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, aged 89 years. Simone was the common-law wife of Ralph Hickox of Breadalbane; mother of Leona Duskey (Ted), Ken Duskey (Linda), Gary Duskey, Nancy Duskey and Eddie Duskocy (Carla); grandmother of Joey Norton, Ken Jr. Duskocy (Donna Propper), Chad Duskey (Nancy Rogers), Melissa Duskey, Christine Duskey (Nick Gallant), Michael Duskey (Grace MacEwan), Sidney Collicutt (Diann), Belinda Fitzgerald (Jason), Freeman Collicutt and Tina DesRoches (Chris); great-grandmother of Jennifer, Trudy, Shawn, Cody, Christopher, Alanna, Cheyenne, Sammie, Payton, Kayzlee, Julien, Marcus, Lucas, Darius and Ayla; great-great-grandmother of 10 and great-great-great-grandmother of 1. She is also survived by her brother, David Vandendiessche of Sarnia, Ontario. Simone was predeceased by her parents, Leon and Elsie Vandendiessche; brothers, Simon and Rammie Vandendiessche; and sister, Racheal McKaler. There will be no visitation or funeral by personal request. A graveside service will take place at a later date in Tillsonburg, Ontario.
