Regina passed peacefully at the Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown, P.E.I. On February 13th, 2018 in the early afternoon, due to cancer. Regina was in her 90th year and residing in Clyde River P.E.I. She was formerly of Glenwood P.E.I. and the daughter of the late Mary (MacIntyre) and Albert McIsaac. Survived by sons Thomas (Carol) Calgary, John (Patricia) Winnipeg, Bruce (Sandra) Toronto, daughters Regena Charlottetown, Laurie Gaye Toronto and sister, Ethel Smith in Toronto, along with several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, husband John 'Jock' Russell, daughter Margaret, son Graham, siblings Ronald, Ivan, Arthur and Marion. Regina was very thankful for the care and compassion she received from the operators, Alan and Myrtle MacPhee, staff and residents of Burnside Community Care where she spent the last two and a half years of her life. She was also appreciative of the special friendship she had with Penelope Stanford and her family, who became much more than neighbours to her. There will be a graveside service at Corpis Christi Catholic Church in Glenwood in the summer, where she will be reunited with her husband.
