At Wedgewood Manor on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 of Mary Catherine McKenna, formerly of Newton, aged 90 years. Wife of the late Emmett McKenna. Mother of George (Karen) of Lower Sackville; David, Charlottetown; Robert (Joy), Newton and Raymond, Miscouche. Also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Predeceased by husband, Emmett; infant daughter, Mary Catherine; brothers, Louis and Joseph; parents Walter and Catherine (White) Murtagh and step-mother, Elizabeth Brennan. Visitation at Kinkora Place on Friday, March 23 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Malachy’s Church, Kinkora on Saturday, March 24 at 10 a.m. Memorial donations in Mary’s memory may be made to St. Malachy’s Cemetery Fund.
