Marie Eva Caissie

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Eva Caissie age 82 years, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, March 6th, 2018. Born in Abram-Village on February 15th, 1936 daughter of the late Félix and Lena (LeClair) Arsenault and step-mother Marie Arsenault (deceased). Marie was a devoted wife to Willie Caissie and loving mother to Roger (Debbie), Raymond, Edmond (Valrey), Ronnie, Ernest (Barb), Jean Paul (Tammy) and Edward as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be forever remembered by her brothers and sisters Theresa (deceased), Léo (Rita), Louise (the late Levi), Clara (Cameron), Junior Félix (Janette), Geneva (Urbain) and Zita (Paul) and sister-in-law Melina (the late Roderick) and brother-in-law Vince. Marie is predeceased by sister Yvonne; brother-in-law Théodore (the late Pansy, the late Mary) and sister-in-law Adelina. Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville until Monday, March 12th, then to St. Philippe and St. Jacques Church, Egmont Bay where funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the Church cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Marie’s memory to Prince County Hospital, Summerside and the Alzheimer's Society or to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
