Joseph “Louis” Murphy

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, May 24, 2018 of Joseph “Louis” Murphy, Charlottetown, age 69 years. Beloved husband of Audrey Murphy (nee Bulger). Loving father of Roxanne Smith (Kevin) and Joey Murphy. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Carly and Ava Smith and Alex and Lilly Murphy and their mother Lauren Murphy. Survived by his sisters Alberta Smith (Carmen), Ann Perry (Gerard), Mae Chapman (Gary), his brother Emmett Murphy (Barb) and brother-in-law Earl O’Hanley. Predeceased by his two angel daughters Alice Lynn and Louann Murphy, parents Albert and Mary Murphy (nee McAleer) and sisters Eileen Trainor (Austin), Noreen O’Hanley. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Monday at 9:25 a.m. then to St. James Roman Catholic Church, Summerfield for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in St. James Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Summerfield.
