Gerard Kelly

Suddenly at home in Waterford on Wednesday August 23, 2018 of Gerard Kelly aged 74 years. Beloved husband of Paula (nee Shea) Kelly. He was born in Charlottetown on February 19, 1944, the son of the late Reginald and Mildred (Cusack) Kelly. Dear father to Christopher Kelly, Vancouver and Colleen Dwyer (Barry), Tignish. Loving grandfather to Jake and Zack Dwyer. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law (late Donnie) Anne Shea; Jean Murphy (late Earl); Franny MacPherson (late Ronnie); Janet Trainor (Pius); (late Cathy) Roger Jones; Jackie Arsenault (Elmer); Marilee Arsenault (late Gary); Wilbert Shea (Cathy); Nancy Shea; Donald McIsaac and Bob Johnson and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents Reginald and Mildred, brother Paul, sisters Claire and Joan. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road for visiting hours Sunday evening 6-9 p.m. Funeral will be held Monday August 27, 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 5 p.m. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Immaculate Conception Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated. Interment in the church cemetery.
