Eric Francis Macmillan

May 20, 1960 - September 10, 2018 It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden death in Airdrie, AB on Monday, September 10, 2018 of Eric Francis MacMillan; aged 58 years, formerly of East Royalty and Summerside, P.E. Dear husband and soulmate of Jackie (nee Leonard) and father of Adam John and Jordan Robert MacMillan and step children, Shane (Patricia) and Cody Price of Calgary, AB. He is also survived by his mother, Theresa MacMillan Keiller, Calgary and formerly of Selkirk and East Royalty, P.E. He will forever be remembered also by his sisters Brenda Harper (Skip), Crossroads, P.E., Beverley Montgomery (late John Montgomery), Winsloe, P.E. and brother Howard MacMillan (Corylee Rutherford), Kelowna, BC. Also remembered by sisters-in-law Joan Denroche (Robin), Calgary, Mary Britton (Ian), Airdrie, Carole Coughlin (Charlie), Toledo, ON, and brother-in-law, Andrew Leonard (Cheryl), Toledo, ON and numerous aunts and uncles as well as nieces and nephews he loved dearly. Eric is predeceased by his father, Ira J.C. MacMillan of East Royalty, P.E. At Eric's request, no formal service will be held, however, a private celebration of his life will be held at his family home in Airdrie, AB on Saturday, September 15, 2018, 1-5 p.m. for family and friends. Another celebration of Eric's life will be held on his beloved Prince Edward Island at a future date. Eric will be remembered for his smile, kindness and willingness to help others, his hilarious sense of humour and his love of family and life.
