Charles George King

The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, August 26th, 2018 of Charles George King of Summerside and formerly of Sackville, NB., aged 69 years. Charles was born in Sackville, NB. to the late Fred and Mabel (Smith) King. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Lewis) King and loving father of Lynn (Ronald) MacLeod and Cheryl King (Robert Reynolds). Also lovingly remembered by his 2 grandchildren Jessica and Jamie MacLeod. Survived by his mother in-law Elaine Lewis, sisters in-law Heather Lewis (Blythe Chang), Sandra Lewis and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father in-law Edwin Lewis. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday August 30th, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in Sackville United Cemetery, Sackville, N.B. at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Charles memory to PEI Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
