Adele Pearl (Macausland) Clark

Family and friends were saddened to learn of the death of Adele on August 25, 2018 in Edmonton, Alberta. Wife of the late Archibald (Ace) Clark. Born June 11, 1932, daughter of the late Reginald and Ruth (Metheral) MacAusland, Bloomfield, P.E.I. Survived by daughter Patti, son Chris (Mary), grandchildren Samantha (Mike) Bradley, Matthew (Sarah) Clark, great grandchildren Avery and Jaxen Bradley, all of Edmonton, Alberta, brother Reginald (Anne) MacAusland, Tantallon, N.S., extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents, husband Ace, son Archie, brother and sister-in-law Harry and Rosamond MacAusland. Adele graduated from Prince County Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 and married Ace on September 4. They lived for a few years in N.B. and N.S. before settling in Summerside, P.E.I. Following Adele’s retirement from Prince County Hospital in 1995, they spent the winters in Edmonton with their family and the remainder of the year at their cottage on Mill River, P.E.I. Adele enjoyed life and dearly loved her family, friends of all ages and Mill River. Adele has been cremated as per her wishes and private interment will be on P.E.I. at a later date.
