East Prince RCMP took a driver into custody on July 12 who later provided breath samples more than four times the legal limit.

RCMP were called to Spring Valley that day, initially to respond to a suspicious vehicle.

During the investigation, a 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with impaired driving.

The accused is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Summerside on Aug. 30.
