SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. - Summerside police seek the public’s assistance in locating a stolen 26-foot U-Haul truck.
The renter of the vehicle reported to police that she left the truck with the keys inside at a friend’s residence on Palmer St. in Summerside on Thursday at approximately 4 p.m.
Later that evening the truck was gone.
Police have been notified that the truck may have been seen in the Credit Union Place parking lot later that evening at 9 p.m.
The vehicle is described as a fully marked 26-foot U-Haul moving truck, predominantly orange and white in colour.
