Woman arrested early Sunday for alleged drunk driving in Charlottetown

While on patrol early Sunday morning, Charlottetown Police Services stopped a suspect vehicle on Dorchester Street.

During the stop, officers found the 29-year-old female driver showing what appeared to be signs of impairment,

She was arrested, and police now claim she blew over the legal limit on a breath test for blood alcohol concentration.

The woman will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
