A bit of messy weather is on the way for P.E.I. today with Environment Canada forecasting periods of snow mixed with rain later in the day.
Temperatures are expected to climb throughout the day reaching highs around zero with periods of snow in the morning.
About two to four centimetres of snow is expected.
Snow mixed with rain is expected late this afternoon before turning to rain tonight as temperatures rise to about 3C.
Between two to four millimetres of rain is expected.
Tomorrow could be a wet day to start before rain changes over to snow in the afternoon.
