CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Police say five people were treated for non-life threatening injuries following Monday morning's collision on the Charlottetown side of the Hillsborough Bridge.

A city police spokesperson said there have been no charges laid, but the investigation is ongoing. The officer said it appears a health issue with one of the drivers involved may have led to the collision.

Police and Island EMS responded to the collision Monday morning during the busy rush hour. Traffic headed into Charlottetown was backed up in Stratford for some time.
