Summerside police recover stolen U-Haul

Summerside police have recovered a U-Haul truck was reported stolen last week.

The renter of the vehicle left it at a friend’s home on Palmer Street and when she returned for it later in the day it was gone.

Police now say the truck was recovered on March 16 on Summerside.

There was no apparent damage to the vehicle.

Police are continuing to investigate.
