Motorists leaving P.E.I. via the Confederation Bridge are being asked to look out for road construction work near the toll booths on Route 1, Borden-Carleton.
The road is being resurfaced for approximately 300-metres, along with the ramps leading to and from the truck scales.
Traffic control personnel will be on site and one-lane traffic will be in place during construction hours. Drivers are asked to proceed with caution.
Work is expected be completed by Sept. 28.
