RCMP got a call at about 2:30 a.m. on that day, from a man who said several people had broken into his home, beaten him up and stole several items from his home.

The Mounties arrested three males and a female later that day, and now they say they’ve arrested a fourth male.

All five suspects appeared briefly before a provincial court judge on Feb. 8, two males, both aged 21, and a 19-year-old female were released from custody on a promise to appear in court on March 10. The other two men, aged 19 and 22, were held in custody for a hearing scheduled for Feb. 11.

Police have not said what charged the five are facing.

The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and was released shortly thereafter.
