The East Prince RCMP is investigating a report that a cyclist was struck by a vehicle on Route 6 in New London, Saturday, Sept. 8.
Police have identified the alleged driver of the motor vehicle involved in the collision but are still looking for the cyclist who was struck.
RCMP said the incident was reported to them at about 3:30 p.m., Saturday. The motor vehicle involved did not remain at the scene but police located the alleged driver a short time later. Indications are that the cyclist did not suffer any serious injuries, but the RCMP would still like to speak with them as part of the investigation.
