RCMP in East Prince is asking for help tracking down a car involved in a crash that happened in the Read Drive area of Summerside two weeks ago.

The incident was reported about 9 p.m. on Saturday, November, 18.

The driver of a smaller red car struck another vehicle but failed to stop and did not report the accident to police, said a police report issued Monday.

The RCMP would like some tips from the public to track down the drier of this red car.

To give a tip directly to a police officer about the missing truck, call the RCMP East Prince Detachment at 902-436-9600.

On the other hand, to give a tip, but remain anonymous and possibly qualify for a cash reward, contact Crime Stoppers, either on the Internet and follow the various ways to make a tip, including through Facebook, or with a toll-free, anonymous phone call to 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
