SUMMERSIDE- Curtis Pryor Welch, 73, of North Carleton, has pleaded guilty to one count of driving while disqualified.

The charge is from May 8 in Summerside.

Welch was fined 1,000 and must pay a victim surcharge of $300. He is also prohibited from driving for an additional 12 months.
