Council gave tentative approval to a subdivision plan for a Church Street property owner who wants to subdivide one lot into two. They need assurances, though, that there is enough room for a right-away access to the rear of the property.
A 48 by 14 foot addition to a shop building was approved.
Council agreed to change the usage of a Carroll Street property. The owner had already received permission to convert a house on his property into a storage building. Since then, however, he turned it into a guesthouse and Council agreed to issue a permit to reflect that change in plans.
