Meanwhile, a new member was elected to the legislature Monday night, but she won't be taking part in question period today. The Green party's Hannah Bell, who won the District 11 beyelection in Charlottetown-Parkdale to fill the seat vacated by Doug Currie, won't be officially sworn in until Dec. 13.
