Home robbery suspects due in court

SUMMERSIDE – Four people from the Charlottetown area are due to appear in Summerside Provincial Court on December 15 to face charges in relation to a Sept. 26 robbery at a residence in St. Roch.

Due in court on Dec. 15 are Lucas Groves, 22; Dylan MacIsaac, 18; Coady Veilleux, 19 and Pamela Johnston, 20.

The RCMP’s Major Crime Unit is alleging a group of five set out from Charlottetown for St. Roch on Sept. 26 intent on robbing the home owner. A fifth member of the group, 19 year-old Riley Dai Callin was sentenced in Summerside Provincial Court on December 1 to 42 months in jail for his involvement in the alleged robbery.

The home-owner, 24 year-old Dylan Chaisson, is also facing charges in relation to the Sept. 26 incident at his residence. He is due in Summerside Provincial Court on Feb. 6 to answer to assault, threats and weapons-related charges.
