Early Sunday, Charlottetown police arrested a driver who is alleged to have hit a parked vehicle on Nassau Street.

The call came shortly after 12 a.m.

The 40-year-old male driver was charged and will appear in Provincial court at a later date.

In Summerside, officers on patrol saw a vehicle driving with no tail lights.

It happened at approximately 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning on Duke St.

The vehicle was stopped on Maple Ave. and the driver, a 24-year-old West Prince woman, was taken into custody after failing a roadside screening device test.

She later provided breath samples that were allegedly twice the legal limit.
