Patterson pleads guilty
Christopher Paul Patterson, 37, of no fixed address, has pleaded guilty to one count of mischief, for damaging a car that did not belong to him.
The charge dated from between Nov. 27 and 30, 2017, near Summerside.
Patterson was sentenced to serve 15 days in custody and 12 months of probation. He must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
Tryon man sentenced
Andrew Bain, 54, of Tryon, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
The charge is from Dec. 7, 2017, in Tryon.
Bain was sentenced to serve seven days in custody, pay a $1,300 fine and a $390 victim surcharge. He is also prohibited from driving for 12 months.
