On Wednesday, Chief Judge Nancy Orr found the municipality guilty after it approved construction of a building that used drawings not stamped by an architect.

Greenleaf Construction built the building in question and previously pleaded guilty to using plans that weren’t stamped by an architect.

Orr fined Greenleaf Construction $1,500 in August for the violation of the Architects Act.
