ALBERTON

Resurfacing and widening work on Alberton’s Church Street and along the Dock Road (Route 150 approach to it, will commence Monday, September 17. The work starts about a half a kilometer outside of Alberton on Dock Road, where a project ended last year, and extends approximately one kilometer into Alberton.

The Department of Transportation, Infrastructure and Energy is advising the travelling public to expect delays during the construction period which is anticipated to run from Sept. 17 to 21. Traffic movement will be reduced to one lane at times during construction and traffic control personnel will be on site to direct traffic flow.
