The annual Roll Up the Rim to Win contest is now underway at all Tim Hortons stores on P.E.I. as well the Sip to Win contest by Robins's Donuts.
For Tim Hortons this year there are 50 Honda Civic cars to be won, plus 100 prizes of $5,000, plus 50,000 Tims gift cards worth $50 and 500 prizes of free coffee for one year and the millions upon millions of free product.
The contest runs from Feb. 7 to March 28, or until prizes run out.
Every cup size has a one-in-six chance of winning some prize, said Tims.
Last year, it said, there were 36 million prize coupons redeemed, and the same is true this year. Beverage coupons can be for any drink at all, any size.
There is also a new Scroll Up to Win promotion that offers free coffee one week, a free donut the other week, and so on for users of the new Tim Hortons® Mobile App.
Robin's goes head-to-head with its own rim-based game called Sip to Win.
It continues until April 15 this year, or until prizes run out, with the top prize being a trip to the Carribean.
