West Prince RCMP stopped the man’s vehicle at 3 p.m. on March 17 in the community of Woodvale.

The man was taken to the RCMP detachment where he provided two breath samples that indicated he had more than three times the legal limit of alcohol in his bloodstream.

The vehicle was towed from the scene and the driver was released on a promise to appear in court.
