BLOOMFIELD -- There’s 45,000 square feet of space available in the Bloomfield Industrial Mall and its owner is eager to fill it.

A large portion of the building, located in the Bloomfield Business Park, was occupied by Testori Americas until earlier this year.

The building is owned by a not-for-profit community development corporation, Western Development Solutions.

WDS recently issued a request for proposals (RFP) from prospective tenants.

Martin MacRae, chair of the six-member volunteer board, said the building is currently down to just one tenant, P.E.I. Juice Works, leaving 45,000 square feet of space available for tenants. He said the building is in solid structural condition.

According to the RFP, proposals offering the greatest economic benefits and year-round employment potential for the West Prince region will be offered favourable terms for commercial space.
