Clinton man jailed on impaired driving charge

SUMMERSIDE – A Clinton man was sentenced to three days in jail after pleading guilty in Summerside provincial court Thursday to a charge of impaired driving.


Jordan Leslie Clark, 21, was stopped by Summerside police July at 7:41 p.m.

A breathalyzer demand was wade and Clark recorded readings of 110 and 90.

In addition to the jail term, Judge Jeff Lantz fined Clarke $1,000 and ordered him to pay a $300 victim fine surcharge.

Clark also lost his driving privileges for 12 months.
