Islanders to be honoured for their work with veterans

CHARLOTTETOWN – Four Islanders will be honoured today for their life-long work with veterans.

Julian Fantino, minister of Veterans Affairs, will present the commendations in a ceremony scheduled for today at noon in Charlottetown.

A press release issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs announcing the event did not include a list of who will be receive the recognition. Those names will be posted as soon as they become available.
