Kensington council adopts new bylaws to comply with Municipal Government Act

KENSINGTON – The Town of Kensington has formally adopted three new bylaws it is required to have under the new Municipal Government Act.

The new bylaws include a Procedural Bylaws, a Code of Conduct for Members of Council Bylaw and a Municipal Election Proceedings Bylaw.

Councils across the Island are passing the same versions of these bylaws to comply with the new act.
