SUMMERSIDE – Jeffrey Joseph Arsenault, 42, of Wellington has pleaded guilty to one charge of driving a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so and one charge of failing to attend court as required.
The charges are from Sept. 9 and Nov. 19, 2015, in Summerside.
Arsenault must serve six days in jail, but also received credit for six days he’d spent in custody since his arrest. He was fined $1,000, must pay a $400 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for 18 months.
