Forte Men’s Choir will present their seasonal concert “A Very Forte Christmas” this Sunday afternoon at Summerside Presbyterian Church.

Formed in 2015 under the direction of Dr. Margot Rejskind, who also directs the Summerside Community Choir, Forte is quickly gaining a reputation for their unique sound.

“A Very Forte Christmas” features gorgeous new carols, fun twists on old favourites, a few lesser-known gems, and sing-alongs, all wrapped in the warm sound of male voices.

The Dec. 17 presentation at 2:30 p.m. will be “a Christmas treat that will make you laugh, cry, sing, and reflect upon the meaning of the Christmas season,” promise organizers.

Light seasonal refreshments will be served.

This concert will wrap up the community events at Summerside Presbyterian Church for 2017. Proceeds from this weekend’s concert will be sent to Presbyterian World Service and Development.

Admission to the concert is $10.

The church, located at 130 Victoria Rd., Summerside, is fully accessible.
