Celebrating Unity of Humanity Festival in Sherbrooke

Bicentennial of Baha'i faith founder also celebrated

SHERBROOKE – The Baha’is of P.E.I. are preparing to celebrate the bicentennial of the birth of the founder of Baha’i Faith.

Globally, five million Baha’is will celebrate Baha’u’llah by joining in festivities involving individuals from every ethnic background, representing the core teaching regarding the unity of mankind.

The Baha’is of Western P.E.I. invite everyone to the birthday celebration on Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. at Sherbrooke Community Centre. This interfaith program will highlight the theme of unite and light, followed by fellowship and refreshments and is part of the Unity of Humanity Festival, which has events occurring throughout P.E.I.
