A list of local levees this New Year’s Day

Levee's will be held across the Island ringing in 2018

Summerside:

New Year’s Day levee, Jan. 1, in City Council Chambers, 275 Fitzroy St. from 1 to 3 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

Borden-Carleton:

Mayor’s Levee Jan. 1, in the Boardroom, 167 Industrial Dr. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. Finger foods, coffee and tea will be served.

Kensington:

The Mayor’s Levee will be held from noon until 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 1 at Broadway 45, located at 45 Broadway St. in Kensington. The community awards portion will be held from 1 to 1:30 p.m.

Lieutenant-Governor’s Levee:

The Levee at Government House, Jan 1. from 10 to 11:30 a.m., located at 1 Terry Fox Dr., Charlottetown.

Parking on the grounds is very limited and restricted during the levee to those with mobility issues.

There will be musical entertainment by the Singing Strings and refreshments served.

O’Leary:

Levee at Maple Leaf Curling Club located at 426 Main St. O'Leary, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Tignish:

Joint Town and Legion Levee will be held at the Tignish Legion beginning at 1 p.m., located at 221 Phillip St., Tignish.
