Russia closes to within one goal

SUMMERSIDE -- Russia has scored its third power-play goal of the game to close to within 4-3 of the United States early in the third period of Friday afternoon’s semifinal game at the 2009 World Junior ‘A’ Hockey Challenge.
Ignat Zemchenko scored at 1:27 to bring Russia to within one goal.
There are just over 14 minutes remaining in the third period.
