SUMMERSIDE -- Shane Berschbach’s power-play goal at 15:35 of the second period has given the United States a 3-0 lead over Sweden in quarter-final action at the 2009 World Junior ’A’ Hockey Challenge on Thursday afternoon.

All of the game’s scoring has taken place in the second period.
