SUMMERSIDE – A case involving cocaine, allegedly transported through the postal system, has been adjourned until next month.
Terry Kathleen Wilson, 36, of Summerside has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking after a bust in March when police seized 1.8 kg of cocaine that had been sent through the mail.
Appearing before Justice Wayne Cheverie in P.E.I. Supreme Court Tuesday morning, Wilson requested and was granted an adjournment of her case while she procured counsel.
Wilson had been initially represented by legal aid.
Cheverie adjourned the case to Dec. 1 at 9:30 a.m.
