Tip to Tip Hoedown gives funds to Charlottetown Boys & Girls Club

Peggy Clinton and Johnny Ross's concerts held across P.E.I. this past summer raised $700 from 50/50 draws.

Peggy Clinton and Johnny Ross co-hosted the Tip to Tip Hoedowns across P.E.I. this past summer along with Alphy Perry, Victor and Cathy Doucette and Stephen Perry who added their musical talents as well.

The money raised from their 50/50 draws totalled $700, which they donated to the Charlottetown Boys and Girls Club “to help with their musical endeavours,” said Clinton.

Clinton and Ross recently visited the Summerside club to hand over the funds to the club’s After School program staff member, Trent O'Hanley, and Chelsea Merry, the club’s events and communications co-ordinator, as well as some club members.
